Victoria has been teaching yoga and leading retreats for 5 years on the east and west coast. She loves to merge yoga and the outdoors— being surrounded by the sounds and views of nature to enhance the experience. I love sharing my passion for yoga with others.
Victoria will guide you through a 60 minute vinyasa inspired class designed to connect each person with their body and breath while creating strength and flexibility. Victoria's approach to yoga ensures a fun, playful and accessible class. The class will end with a 10 minute meditation taking in the ocean breeze and sounds.
