In the morning, your local guide will meet you at the meeting point and start your day by taking the public boats to visit the most important places in Bangkok… the Grand Palace. It was built by King Rama I of Chakri dynasty. It has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam since 1782 and now the Grand Palace is still used for official events like royal ceremonies. Your visit will continue with the Pho Temple, which is close to the Grand Palace by short walking. It is the main temple of the king Rama I. This temple is the one of the most famous and oldest temple in Thailand, it is the first school for Thai massage (still in practice) and known also as the Temple of Reclining Buddha. The Reclining Buddha has 46 metres long and it is one of the most beautiful temple in Thailand! Lunch will be the local restaurant near the Pho Temple. After lunch, you will enjoy the Klong Tour or well known as “Venice of the East” by long tail boat. Next stop, we will visit Arun Temple. The meaning of Arun Temple is "Temple of dawn" and return to meeting point.
I've been working as a tour guide in Thailand for 6 years until today, I am original from Chiang Mai, north part of Thailand. Here I would love to share my experiences and want to share my cultures to another to get to know more about Thailand. My passion for this is sharing my cultures to visitor from around the world and enjoy the moment together.
