Our Sherry experience starts visiting one of the lasts family run bodegas of the Sherry Triangle, here we discover the splendid cathedral-like architectural style of the Sherry Bodegas; we learn first-hand about the characteristic Sherry production process and the wide range of Sherry wines, each of them with its own particular temperament and singularity. The icing on the cake is the amazing tasting : six different Sherry Wines from the bright straw yellow Fino to the dark ebony coloured Pedro Ximenez and one Brandy!!! At this time, probably you have become a sherry lover so it is time to know what is going on today with Sherry. We will visit a Sherry Bar and try one more wine, Fino en Rama, something truly special, you can find this high premium Sherry on the menus of the world’s finest bars and restaurants, we will pair this fabulous wine with two delicious tapas typical from the Bay of Cadiz. Finally, you will learn how to make which it is, probably, the most well-known Sherry Cocktail in Andalusia. I hope you'll join me for this fantastic experience of wonderful wine and great conversation!

We will visit my favourite Bodega of the Sherry Triangle, one of the few remaining family producers who use authentic and traditional methods to produce their Sherry. Our second stop it is a special place too, a Sherry Bar which the interior has been hand made by her owner, she recycled and transformed sherry barrels and driftwood into works of art. Bright, blue, cheery with a touch of nautical and lashings of Sherry.
Transportation to El Puerto de Santa Maria is not included but the city is well connected with Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Seville. Just let me know if you need more information!
