Whether you're new to yoga, stand up paddling, or experienced with both activities, you will love your stand up paddle yoga. Enjoy the peaceful water and scenery during your yoga session, with the soothing water underneath. Challenge your yoga poses even more while balancing on a stand up paddle board. We will begin with a short instruction on land to learn the basics of stand up paddling, as well as a few stretches. After a short paddle to a calm and shaded area in the river, we will enjoy an hour of challenging yet relaxing yoga. Photos are available, but not required. We are the original stand up paddle school on Oahu's North Shore, making people happy for 11 years now. We are located 300 yards down the road from the Beachhouse restaurant ( 62-540 Kamehameha Hwy), going away from Haleiwa town. We will meet at the Rainbow Watersports van in the middle of the bay outside Haleiwa town. (See photo). This bay stays calm more of the year, even with big waves in the ocean. We paddle to a peaceful and beautiful nearby river where our yoga session takes place. Viewing of Hawaiian green sea turtles is common.

Wear what you feel comfortable wearing in the water. Yoga or exercise pants and tops are recommended. Water shoes may be a hinderance, but would be recommended for folks with sensitive feet.
Stand up paddle yoga is appropriate for beginner to advanced yogis and paddlers. We can customize the lesson according to your ability. Wear comfortable swimwear clothing.
