The lesson is at my home in my cozy kitchen. I will teach you the basics about Japanese ingredients and flavours and how you can add them in your own cooking style. I received my cooking licence at age 20 and have been a cooking teacher for over 11 years. I have been teaching travelers and exchange students and people from all over the world the cooking methods of Japanese cuisine. I grew up in a culture of cooking and learned how to cook restaurant quality dishes from my grandfather who was a Japanese chef and my mother taught me Japanese home-style cooking. I have also been a licensed English teacher for over 8 years which has helped me develop hospitality and teaching skills. I love meeting new people and making them feel welcome.
