To start I'll meet you at Manly Ferry and we'll then head over to the trail to kit you out with a bike and helmet. From here we will set off on one of my favourite tracks in Sydney, which will take us through a Garrigal national park where we will find some of the most diverse mountain bike track and scenery. We will stop along the way to take videos and photos and try some new skills you may have not done before. You set the time and pace and when you need to stop for a snack or just take it all in. So bring your sense of adventure and experience the real Sydney. NOTE: If you don't see a time available that suits please contact me as i am very flexible with when we can start and finish the tours. I am PMBI (Professional Mountain bike Instructor) and First Aid certified. I will be taking you off road and into the National Park on some loose terrain and small hills, so some fitness and the ability to ride a bike is required. We will go at a pace decided by you and take multiple stops to hydrate and take some snacks to keep us full of energy!!

Manly Dam and Garrigal National park. Sydney's best trail network, has some tight and testy single trail and plenty of open fire trail, that winds it's way around the dam with some rocky tracks and a nice downhill section thrown in for good measure. This ride has some magnificent views and is a great track to get you hooked on mountain biking. This ride is for all fitness and skill levels and can be taken a your own pace with multiple stops.
