This tour starts at Union Station and ends near Civic Center Park on the opposite end of downtown. After a brief history of Union Station and the surrounding area we will walk to the Dairy Block and check out Milk Market and the Maven Hotel. We will cross the Wall Street of the West and point out The Oxford to learn about the oldest hotel in town. A walk through Lodo will lead us to Larimer…

Sense of Wonder
Union Station is a beautifully renovated train station and the hub of commerce in the city of Denver. Larimer Square is where Denver began to take shape and Larimer Street was the city's first main street. The Denver Center for the Performing Arts is the second largest performing arts venue in the country. Civic Center Park is a great example of the City Beautiful Movement which was a promoted by civic leaders, landscapers and architects.
