During the lesson you learn the techniques and the secrets of italian goodness, the wellness of the mediterranean diet, discovering a new method of cooking healthy and good, saving money and time! We cook together a typical appetizer, the amazing fresh pasta by scratch with the seasonal sauce and the fantastic tiramisù or gelato. I guide you how to prepare a tasteful meal, how to choose the ingredients, how to cut and how to match them according to the italian taste! In the course of the dinner, like any italian family, we talk about food and wine and you bring back home a pice of real italian culture, a new philosophy of cooking and i hope a new friend!
I'm a professional chef, originally from Sardinia, graduated at the Chef Academy. I work everyday in the kitchen and i never get tired or bored because i love food and i mix up my roots with the rest of the world. I like to share with people my knowledge and passion, telling the goodness of Italian cuisine and discovering the differences between the cultures. For ethical and tasteful choice I use only seasonal and local products, I prefer a quick cooking method that preserves the tastes, the colors and the nutrients, which involves the use of many spices and herbs, cooking healthy and good!
