With this experience I invite you to immerse yourself into the traditions and techniques of sound healing. Following a little background information on this deep-rooted energy healing technique, you will get to experience the benefits of sound healing first hand. Sessions are limited to 6 people at a time and are held in an intimate setting that allows you to get away from the city's hustle and bustle and to let go of any blockages in your body. A session includes tuning forks and Himalayan singing bowls. About Sound Healing When sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve into the auditory cortex, the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brains, they trigger responses in our bodies. This process alters our emotions, releases hormones and chemicals that affect both our bodies and our moods, and triggers certain impulses (for example, singing and dancing). Sound healing removes blockages in your body and will help you to achieve a deep state of relaxation. As such it can treat stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, etc
Hi, I'm Doctor Guy, and I am part of the BodyConscious holistic wellness team, and possess a wealth of experience in the field of Chinese medicine and natural healing techniques. While I have over 10 years of experience in teaching Qigong and applying Energy Medicine, using music therapy through frequencies from musical instruments, singing bowls and tuning forks, I am also a qualified teacher in meditation and breathing (pranayama).

The experience will take place at Body Conscious, an integrative, holistic wellness centre in the heart of Bangkok. The session itself is held at the Hinoki Wood room, which in itself has healing properties. Inhaling the scent of Hinoki not only helps you to relax deeper than normal, but is also very effective in treating colds, viral infections of the respiratory system, sinusitis, asthma and migraine headaches.
Please be advised that we don't accept late arrivals as this will disturb the sessions' flow.
