Shuck em if you got em! (We do) Not only are you going to eat a bushel of fresh straight from the farm oysters but YOU become an oyster shucking expert! In our time together you'll learn how to properly shuck an oyster (cool party trick) , oyster anatomy, myths, sauces and the storied history of oysters on Vancouver Island. Once we're done shucking and slurping oysters I will provide you with your very own oyster knife. * Just a note that we will only be shucking raw oysters in the half shell. No cooked oysters will be provided for this experience.

The experience will be hosted at the new and fantastic Whistle Buoy Brewing in Market Square. Here we will be able to stay comfortable rain or shine and you will have access to all their beer/cider/spirits. After we are done you can enjoy a wander around this lively area and enjoy the fantastic and quirky shops or jump off into the downtown of Victoria and explore for yourself.
