Gaelic Craic and Cuisine - 3 in 1 Experience . Joe and I would like to walk and talk you through the largest walled city park in Europe, recently awarded the Gold International Parks Award. We will see the President of Ireland’s residence, Aras an Uachtarain, the American Ambassador’s home, The Wellington Testimonial, the Victorian People’s Flower Gardens, The Magazine Fort, The Papal Cross , Ashtown Castle and Demesne and we may be lucky and find the herd of fallow deer. We will then walk to the Hole in the Wall Pub which nestles against the Phoenix Park wall. This medieval Inn dates back as far as 1651. It is exactly 100 meters long qualifying it as the longest pub in Europe. Here you will learn how to pull the perfect pint of Guinness and having worked up an appetite will gather round a table and enjoy a Traditional Irish lunch and the company of newly made friends.
Hi ! My name is Ann and I have been hosting a Social Dining Experience called Gaelic Craic and Cuisine for over a year . I have enjoyed every second of it and have met the most lovely people from all over the world. I am also a National tour guide so I thought if would be nice to combine a guided tour of the Phoenix Park followed by a visit to The Hole in the Wall , a medieval pub dating back to 1651. Here you will learn how to pull a pint of Guinness and enjoy a Traditional Irish Lunch. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Irish Culture, Craic and Cuisine ! My good friend Joe will also guide with me to walk and talk you around the magnificent Phoenix Park, the largest enclosed park in Europe, steeped in history and natural beauty. It would be lovely to meet you and welcome you to our hometown Dublin .

The Hole in the Wall is a historic medieval pub which I call my local. It too has a wonderful story to tell and is full of little snugs and interesting memorabilia, it is a popular haunt for locals, tourists and who knows else haunts it !!
We will be walking for a couple of hours so maybe bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable shoes. Also the weather in Ireland is a bit unreliable so it might be a good idea to bring a rain jacket.
