We'll start the tour at the Old Market Square and talk about its most important sights first. We'll see the Town Hall, Merchants houses, Bamberka statue and Parish Church. We'll also have a short course of local dialect to make you feel comfortable in the city :) Then, we'll head to a hidden courtyard to find one of local's favourite cafes in the area. We'll taste the famous local pastry- St Martin Croissant and drink a coffe or tea to it. Afterwards, we'll do the thing everyone must do when in Poznań - watch the Billy Goats show at noon. After that, we'll leave the Old Town and go to Old Brewery (with a short food stop on the way) where we'll show you the most impressive parts of the building and explain to you how a mix of an abandoned factory and a brave idea ended up becoming a world class post-industrial architecture example mixed with art gallery and a mall. Then, we'll walk to Imperial District to cover the XXth century part of the town and its most important stories. We'll finish in the hippie Jeżyce district in one of a locally owned restaurants to check what the modern Polish cuisine is, as this is the city's top trend in gastronomy. Two courses and a drink included!
