I will pick you up at your hotel or guesthouse unless you would like to meet at the meeting point where you can grab breakfast and coffee. Then, I'll get you comfortable and we’ll head North for 1 hour to Mae Tang to visit Wat Ban Den. One of the regions largest and most beautiful temple complexes. After about an hour there, we'll then drive 20 minutes to Bua Tong Cave and Sticky Waterfalls. Just before the waterfalls, you can walk up the steps to the cave and see the large Buddha statue that sits in there. Not as well-known as some other caves, so you will probably be alone checking it out. Then, down the road to Sticky Waterfalls, where we'll have lunch and relax before you walk over to the waterfalls, where you can refresh yourself in its cooling waters, sun and shaded areas. You can climb up the several sections freestyle or use the ropes provided to help you along. The rich calcium deposits allow your hands and feet to grip the rocks easily and allow you to climb up the falls with ease. You can also take a short beautiful trail to a natural spring, which has a fascinating legend behind it that I will tell you about. After about 90 minutes, we'll then return to Chiang Mai.
Originally from Sukhothai , I have been a super host on Airbnb for 4 years now and have been giving tours to our guests around the Chiang Mai area since then. I love discovering new and different places and sharing my experiences with my friends, guests and acquaintances. Nothing is too crazy or out of the way for me. So starting this June, I will offer my service to you and provide the best tour experience possible. I don't work for a tour company, so the day and activities are flexible.
Snacks for the drive there and lunch at a local restaurant.
Free pick up and drop off at meeting point with a local bus or car.
Ziplock bag for your telephone. Toilet paper.
Wat Ban Den is one of the region’s largest and most remarkable temple complexes. It contains a large number of structures, including an ordination hall, monks living quarters, a drum hall and several other buildings. Sticky Waterfall and Bua Tong Cave, both located around Sri Lanna Park are not to be missed.
最多可有4位年满2周岁的参与者参加。 You must be able to climb up 248 steps to visit the cave. About 5-10 minutes. You must also be in moderate shape to descend the steps going to the bottom of the falls and back up again if you don't intend to climb up them.
Leave early to give yourself enough time for rush hour traffic. 15 minutes late is the cut off, so we don't cut into the other guests time. Try to let me know before hand if you will be late coming.
