Plant Based Cheese Making Workshop - Have fun making some vegan, dairy free Mediterranean cheeses ! Eat some yummy cheeses and homemade sourdough bread! You'll learn recipes we have developed over the years to make plant based cheeses to eat as part of a cheese board or for use in other recipes. In this practical plant based cheese making and tasting workshop you will learn about different plant based, dairy free cheese making techniques and the easy to find ingredients used to produce them. We use Macadamia nuts and cashews as a base with almond milk so your cheese will have a great taste we promise! You will have the chance to make your own samples of several vegan cheeses choosing from Mozzarella, Halloumi, Mascarpone, Ricotta, Feta, Parmesan and a creamy cheese sauce perfect for pasta to take home with you with full instructions and recipes to try out. In the second part of the workshop we will sample a range of dairy free cheeses along with homemade jams, pickles and chutneys and a selection of freshly baked homemade sourdough breads.
I'm a qualified holistic nutritionist and trained nutritional chef and I'm really passionate about making and eating really tasty and nutritious food for all my family and friends to try. I've been teaching people how to cook and eat healthily for over 30 years and love to make new things and experiment with flavours and textures. I run a whole range of workshops from vegan cheese making, dairy cheese making, fermented foods and drinks, making protein bliss balls, making Christmas treats and learning to cook healthy vegetarian and plant based recipes.

Tea, herbal teas, cafetière coffee, homemade hot chocolate and infused water will be available throughout the workshop.
All cheese making equipment will be provided for you to use at the workshop as well as full notes & recipes to take home.
We run all our workshops in our kitchen and dining room where we have a large dining room table for you to sit at and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. This workshop is very hands on. You will be making the cheeses and preparing them for the cheese tasting session.
