As Hue, we are very proud of the famous recipes of this place. I specialize in traditional family foods and good health with the most chosen ingredients as possible. I prepare traditional dishes but there is a bit of change in spices and ways, making sure you can easily cook these dishes at your house. We will pick you up at your hotel, then visit the local market for ingredients. I will share with you some habits of indigenous people about how to shop every day and how to choose food. After that we will return to the kitchen and prepare to cook. We will prepare ingredients and learn to cook 4 traditional Hue dishes. Menu: 1. Bun bo Hue - Traditional beef and pho of Hue in salted lemongrass 2. Nem Lui - Skewers of Vietnamese lemongrass covered with peanut sauce / Bo Cuon La Lot - Sauted marinated beef wrapped in wild betel leaves dipped in pepper, salt and lemon 3. Va Tron Tom Thit - Local fig salad with shrimp and pork 4. Dessert: sweet soup The menu can be changed according to your needs or the material we choose. Hello, I'm Phuong Nam. My husband and I, he is Hai, opened a small restaurant when he graduated from college, it has nothing to do with what we have learned, but it is passion. We used to have a homestay, we always prepared dinner with local dishes to invite our guests. We really like cooking. As Hue's family and home chef, we want to share our experiences on food selection as well as how to cook typical Hue dishes.

We will take you to visit and buy materials at the local market in the city ( in the citadel ). Then we will return to our innermost homestay to start cooking. At the end of the meal, we will enjoy a dessert and a special tea made by a special guest of ours.
