The Cyclades will bring to our table the strong flavor of Ikarian kritamo and the Schinoussa organic fava. In North-Eastern Aegean and Crete we'll try sardines & apaki · to sweeten it all we will taste our homemade liquer with local herbs and our homemade halva.
