You can experience the market tour at Thai local market both morning class ( 09:00-12:30) and afternoon class (13:30-17:00) in everyday and evening class (18:00-21:00 *No market tour-lecture in the class) After market tour we take Tuk-Tuk back to the school with air-conditioned operation room and cook in the open air Thai style kitchen. In the hand-on cooking processes will make you understand Thai culture of eating even more. Hello Dear my Thai food lover friends from around the world. If you see this message we will meet soon in my Thai kitchen. Since I was very young the place that love to stay whole day was the kitchen in my family restaurant. That was the place I got my basic Thai cuisine skill. That was not enough for me so I decided to go to the cooking university in Bangkok. After I graduated, I had opportunities to work in the Thai restaurant both in Europe and Asia. After many years of my experience then I decided to move to Bangkok and made a cooking class that my friends can learn Thai Cooking
Thai cuisine Meal (4 dishes)
For the morning and afternoon class we will go to Huai Khwang local fresh market first to buy and select good ingredients. Then we will take Tuk-Tuk back to the cooking class. For the evening class, according to the market close at 17:00 pm. so we will do the lecture in the class instead of market tour.
