My goal is to craft a memorable event and culture for you, your family or friends by delivering extraordinary service. My paint classes are guided and taught with patience, making this both an activity for people of all ages for any occasion, whether it be your daughter’s 7th birthday or your company’s team bonding event. In this experience, we will set up a location to meet, hopefully in the outdoors if the weather permits! The UC Berkeley campus has a beautiful stream that runs through, offering a relaxing place to create art. Each person takes home a masterpiece after 1-2 hours of class. More than just a painting, you are taking home a memory when you paint with Tipsy Canvas. Along with instruction, students are provided a large art canvas to take home, as well as painting materials to use in class. The paintings are inspired by both Hawaiian and Californian landscapes. They range from lilacs in a mason jar to dandelions in a field. *Please note that there is a 2-person minimum to book*
While living in Hawaii, I was inspired by its illustrious jungles and clear waters and used nature a muse for my paintings. I started teaching paint classes on Oahu and eventually moved back home to California where I now frequently teach. I study Conservation of Resources at UC Berkeley, and I love to pair my love of nature with my art.
Paint canvas & materials
Painting is a hobby that takes place anywhere, any time! As we near the autumn season, we can paint in local stores like Asha Tea House and Uji Time, unique to the SF Bay Area. Or if the weather permits, we can head to Strawberry Creek outdoors in UC Berkeley and paint on the historical campus.
