Experience a hands-on, completely interactive course as Chef Dario teaches you step by step how to prepare the best, freshest grouper ceviche you have ever tried. As your tastebuds are celebrating, Amanda will take over and walk you through the process of crafting the perfect Pisco Sour - the national cocktail of Peru. We are Chefs Dario and Amanda Gonzalez Zuniga, and we opened Lima Restaurant and Pisco Bar in 2016. A classically trained Peruvian chef, I graduated Le Cordon Bleu and spent years working for the National Arts Center of Canada and the Four Seasons Hotel, among others. My wife Amanda has spent years traveling to Peru to learn all about pisco, the national spirit of Peru, to bring those authentic flavors to the bar of Lima Restaurant, and has mastered the techniques for the perfect pisco sour. Together, we have built the #1 seafood restaurant in Naples, Florida on TripAdvisor and received the 2018 and 2019 Certificate of Excellence.

Our experience is a private cooking and cocktail lesson hosted in a popular and highly rated local restaurant. The guests will have insider VIP access to the restaurant before it opens for service and have the full attention of the chefs and owners who love to educate, entertain, and share their passion with others.
