We aren't chefs or pastrychefs, but what's important for us is to let you know the ORIGINAL and typical way to cook this kind of sweets (from our grandparents) . For this reason, we like to prepare every dough with the hands, without any sort of machine or kitchen robot. Menu example: 1) PIE with LEMONS, mandarins, orange marmalade. I will welcome you in my wood gazebo (with an equipped kitchen) , surrounded by a little garden next to my house. I like to cook there because I can see nature when we are preparing or enjoying desserts we prepared together. Obviously, children are allowed to cook with us! In my opinion, they cook better than us adults :)
