体验内容
You will board the 40ft sailboat "Wind Pirate" at a private residence on the Ft Lauderdale New River. You will cruise down the historic Fort Lauderdale New River through Downtown. You will pass millionaires row, mega yachts and Port Everglades to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We will then set sail - Sailing, snorkeling, or fishing options will be tailored to your group. We have refrigeration on board so you may bring food and beverage of your choice. Complementary bottled water,ice,clean towels and a fresh water shower after your swim are all provided. You will experience Ft Lauderdale like a local spending a Day on the Water!

I am a Licensed Captain who has spent his recreational life in the local waters.
Your Safety is my responsibility and my priority. The sailboat is equipped with all necessary safety equipment.2 passengers will be Semi Private. 4 to 6 Passengers will be Private

After a 25-year career with Marriott Hotels, I am able to share my life passion with customers. I have spent most of my adult life on the water in South Florida and there is nowhere that I would rather be. Combining my hospitality skills with my local knowledge of the sailing, I am able to provide a unique, safe, 5-star sail experience. I am a Licensed Captain and your safety is my first priority. The sailboat is equipped with all necessary safety equipment.

Your Charter begins and end two miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach. You will cruise down the historic Fort Lauderdale New River through Downtown passing millionaires row, mega yachts and Port Everglades to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Captain Dan will assist you with destination options to customize your perfect day sailing, swimming or just hanging out!

- What a fantastic experience! I booked Captain Dan's sailboat for my brother-in-law's 40th birthday and it was a time we'll never forget! I'm local here to South Florida, so I'm pretty used to our intracoastal waterways and ocean, etc....But I've NEVER seen my hometown like THIS before! We saw manatees, amazing homes, learned tid-bits of info about the various drawbridges and other docked yachts....I feel like I got the real insider's scoop! My non-local brother-in-law and his wife loved the experience too. We brought our own picnic, drinks, and pie and simply had a marvelous time! Captain Dan was super flexible with my booking and accommodated a special request for me, as well! Also, when we met at their house, they have 2 cats, which was a super bonus for a cat-lover like me :) As far as COVID precautions go, Captain Dan and his wife are taking all the necessary precautions -- everything is clean on the boat itself, along with providing wipes and sanitizer gel. They both wore masks upon arrival and greeting and made us feel very safe! I can't wait to book with Captain Dan again when my mom comes to town.
- If you are on the fence about booking this experience, go for it! We had an absolutely fabulous time with Captain Dan! He & his wife were so accommodating and made sure we were safe with strict cleaning protocols and an abundance of hand sanitizer. It was so cool to cruise through the canals before getting out to the open water. We saw some beautiful houses and yachts, and we loved viewing them all from the comfy bean bag chairs on the front of the ship. We had the chance to swim & snorkel once we got out to the right spot, which was so enjoyable. The water was warm and having a float to just take it all in was so awesome. The warm shower post-swim was pure heaven! We then enjoyed the food & beverages we brought on our trip. It was really nice of Dan to tailor our time based on my mom & I feeling nauseous with the waves. He knew exactly what to do and we were feeling better within minutes. He was a wealth of knowledge about the boat and our surroundings, it was really cool! I purchased this as a surprise for my mom who was visiting, and I’m so glad I did, we really couldn’t have had a better time. My boyfriend & I really hope our paths cross again with Dan & his wife, as they were genuinely nice people and fun to be around!
