We will drive together to a spot far away from the touristic area, where we find many opportunities for an intense workout. The location depends the weather and wind conditions and you will enjoy an unforgettable training experience in a very special surrounding. The training is a mix of Functional Training with tools and bodyweight and cardio elements.
Pick up from a place close to your Airbnb/hotel
I will bring you to a stunning and breathtaking location on the rocks of the northcoast or at the lake or beach - depending the wind. All of the spots are perfect for an Outdoor Workout Session. On the way you will also have a little bit of sightseeing, as we drive there in the Jeep!
The workout time is 1 hour. The whole experience including transfers to the training spot is approx. 2 hours. The group is max. 4 pax, so the training will be very individualized and personal!
