First, we will go together to the local market to shop for the ingredients for pierogi, but also to practice some basic Polish phrases. Later we will go home to have some traditional Polish snacks and to cook together. I will show you how to prepare the Polish national plate - pierogi (dumplings) from scratch. Later we will have some local beer and we will spend a great time talking, eating, drinking and enjoying the local side of the city. Oh! Don't forget to leave some room for dessert!
Hey! It's Monika, Tomasz, Olga, Sabina - a group of Krakow natives who would like to invite you behind the scenes of the best aspects of Polish everyday life - food and cooking! We ourselves are travelers and love to meet people from different countries and cultures, we believe that the best way to do so is through the local cuisine, with a sip or two of a regional liquor. For all that, we not only want to give you a simple cooking class, but also share our knowledge of polish traditions and history of Krakow. We have experience in guiding, cooking and bartending, we are pierogi worshippers.
