We will also share stories of the local cooking method based on Ainu cultures. about 60mins Total duration can be up to 5 hours from meet up to the end. Shiraoi is known as a FOOD INGREDIENTS KINGDOM in Hokkaido. Though many ingredients are sold to outside of Shiraoi and not easy to get the local ingredients without good local connections. With our connections, we are able to get a lot of local ingredients and creating international fusion dishes every day also sharing these on SNS community. You may also enjoy coordinating the dishes with the Japanese unique pottery.
I have 3 year cooking experiences at Japanese restaurants in Japan as well as 2 year dining management experiences at an international restaurant in the USA. Now running a local dinner cooking community sharing recipes and ingredients everyday. We also work for town official and have good connections with the local farmers, fisherman and small marches which enable us to get incredibly good ingredients that you may not buy at regular grocery stores. We can also arrange to your dietary if any requests such as Vegetarian, Vegan and so on since I had several years of vegan experiences.

First stop at Kumagai, the local specialized store in Shiraoi town. The host knows the owner of the store and we can get the recommendations of the day directly from him. This place is more like market atmosphere especially for fish sections. If time allows, we can visit the local marche (except Thursday) to get fresh vegetables of the day.
