When you arrive you'll meet one of our two winemakers, and we'll have a quick chat about what you're mostly interested in, and then shape the experience for you. We'll guide you through our small winery - the only only one of its kind in Ireland, and show you where we make our unique, award winning wines. The tours always vary a little as we're a working winery, with wines in various stages of production, so we may be pressing the berries, or a fermentation may be underway, or the wines may be simply maturing. Moving upstairs to the wine-tasting room, overlooking the main production area, you'll be guided through a sampling of our three matured and finished wines (Irish Strawberry, Irish Blackberry and Irish Raspberry wines). Even if you've previously tasted many wines from different regions, you will not have tasted anything like these. They uniquely capture the taste of the Irish countryside. As an extra treat we offer paired tastings of delicious Irish, artisan cheeses and chocolate which we've specially selected to further enhance your tasting experience. You won't find this particular offering anywhere else in the country. It is uniquely Irish and uniquely delicious.
Hi, I'm Brett - I previously worked in music but gradually made my way into the world of wine - wines with a difference - made from Irish berries. Years later my wife and I set up our winery and launched our first wine, an Irish strawberry wine, in 2016. I guide and take care of the wines from the first to last steps, from selecting the berries, to fermenting the juices, to maturing the wines, then finally bottling them, and labelling each bottle by hand. These unique, artisan wines feature on the menus in Michelin star restaurants, and have been served to some very interesting celebrities..

The tour is held entirely within our small winery's production space and tasting room. It is not open to the public except via bookings. Guests will have an intimate look at a small winery and have the opportunity to discuss the wine making process with their guide, our winemaker, Brett.
There is public transport to the local town (a bus will take you within 5 minutes walk of the winery). Taxis are also available. We're just 15 minutes by car, from the south of Dublin.
