First we will stretch out the major muscle groups that are most compromised from sitting for long periods of time in a car, plane, or train (however you got here!). Then, i'll lead you through a series of twisting and compression poses (ASANAS) to flush out the toxins accumulated from travel. Throughout the class, we'll use a variety of yoga poses (Yin and Restorative), myofacial release techniques, and self-acupressure to truly achieve a deep healing and rejuvenating experience. We will end with a blissful meditation, pranayama exercise and a peaceful savasana. After the practice, we will sip on a special blend of herbal tea cultivated locally in the south of France. The tea will include herbs specifically for combating the effects of travel. I'll also share my knowledge about eating/well-being habits (following Ayurveda’s philosophy) , and give you tips about how to use plants and nutritional medicine for you next big trip.
I’m 32 years old Venezuelan girl passionate about Yoga and Healthy life. Living in Paris for the past 10 years now, one of the most beautiful cities of the world that offers so many things to do and see, has inspired me to explore multiple passions: YOGA and WELL-BEING.
