I will guide you with my superb mastery to discover the secrets of handmade pasta ! A non conventional cooking class, where you'll learn about homemade pasta, cooking together at home, in a cosy informal setting close to the fireplace. We'll make typical Italian homade pasta from scratch, I will share our knowledge of the beautiful Lake Maggiore area. Only high quality fresh, sustainable, seasonal and primarily organic products from the local farmers and producers, our kitchen equipment can be found in most home kitchens.
