The perfect way to discover the NZ forest during this relaxing nature immersion experience. Please note, I take a minimum of two participants, if you are a solo traveler, please book and if we don't get any other bookings you have the option to cancel free of charge or pay for two places and receive a personal experience! We will meet on the steps of the Auckland Museum, with fantastic ocean views out to the Auckland Harbour and Hauraki Gulf. We will introduce each other and I will discuss the history of this beautiful park - one of Auckland's extinct volcanos and a Maori living and hunting ground. Next we will walk further into the park and begin with a nature meditation designed to connect and open you to the magic of nature. A delightful stream and waterfall meet us on our journey. I will walk you through a series of gentle sensory invitations, designed to open you to the beauty and magic of nature. We will smell, touch, breathe, experience, gaze at and get to know the beings that live in this special place. We will finish the experience with an informal tea ceremony with native herb tea and snacks.
