We will then travel together to our put in location on the upper San Marcos River. As we kayak back down, you will be given paddling tips and tricks, information about our unique river, along with an amazing view!
I have been kayaking and teaching people to kayak my entire life! I consider myself so lucky to live on this clear, clean, river and I love showing it to new friends! I competed in the 1996 Olympics in Kayaking and have been volunteering to help disabled folks to kayak ever since, because I would never have made it to the Olympics if it was not for going through the rehab process after a car accident at the World Championships. So, I like to help people to get out of the hospital to make the rehab process fun. . .
