An experienced chef will meet you at our kitchen at the Fisherman's Terminal - Seattle's largest, working terminal that houses commercial fishing vessels and a vibrant fish market and restaurant scene. We'll spend 2 hours learning about fresh local seafood and preparing the best street tacos you've ever had! We'll end our hard work with an intimate, family-style dinner. All ingredients are locally and ethically sourced. We offer seasonal menus to ensure the very best ingredients. Hi there! Seattle Cucina Cooking School has been leading creative, hands-on classes for the past few years. We are a team of experienced chefs who also know how to have a good time. Our teachers hail from professional kitchens such as JuneBaby, Canlis, and Manresa Bread and have specialty knowledge in baking, knife skills, foraging, seafood, Italian, French and Japanese cuisines and so much more. We are passionate about connecting with others over delicious food and look forward to bringing this fun experience to you and your travel companions!
