Wellness Nature Immersion: Here is our schedule: Arrival Tea and Welcome Yoga Lunch Nature Hike Wellness Consultation and healthy snack Departure You'll arrive to the chalet in the morning, and settle in with a cup of tea. We will begin with a yoga class with views of the trees. This class is designed specifically for what you need, and adaptable to all levels. We'll have some homemade brunch, that I have made myself, using fresh local ingredients. You are welcome to participate in the cooking, and learn from my recipes or relax on the deck or in the house. After lunch, we'll take a guided hike on private trails behind the house. I will share some knowledge of the local plant species, and wildlife. We'll take a few minutes to pause and connect with nature. Coming back to the house for tea and a snack, we can chat about how you can integrate nature and yoga, or other wellness practices into your everyday life. I can then give you some recommendations for further activities in the area, or you can stay the night at the BNB!
Rivkah's practice, and her teaching are to designed to engage fully with life. She thrives on big picture possibility flourishing into reality. Learning people’s goals, and helping to make them happen is her passion. Rivkah’s teaching style is based on a fundamental connection with the natural world, and facilitating experiences that create space for people to connect more deeply to themselves. Rivkah has been practising yoga for 15 years, teaching for 5, and inviting people to share her love for Nature since she moved to the Laurentians 5 years ago.

This experience happens in my home, a beautiful hand made log cabin. It was constructed 20 or so years ago by the original owners from logs from the land. I have updated it and designed it to make a peaceful forest abode. You are welcome to relax here, read books, colour, and enjoy the peaceful environment. My yoga studio has great views and lots of light, the house is surrounded by beautiful forest that surrounds the house is quiet and safe.
