In the beginning, you will be suggested to pick one of the jewelry design references that we provide before class. The jewelry references are ranging from rings, pendants, and earrings.
The class will cover certain techniques of basic silver jewelry making including: tools and its usage, sawing, stamping and hammering, soldering, sanding and polishing, working with silver, and safety guide, all under guidance of expert tutors.
The content of our class is primarily practical and technique-based. In the end of the class you will leave with a beautiful jewelry exclusively crafted by yourself.

- After spending two hours at a class for sunsri silver jewellers in Gianyar, I had chosen to walk out today. They had unfortunately lost my business. I originally asked for a 3 hour class not to make a piece of jewellery but to ask to set a gemstone as theory and do so on the possibility of an existing practicing piece or a new piece, but only to set a stone properly. The class was for more of a theoretical learning session rather than wasting the material. In 2 hours I was accompanied by a tutor, a translator and furthermore another supervisor. The tutor did not speak much English, and when asked a question replied that he didn't know or wasn't interested in trying to understand, the translator couldn't relay information properly and furthermore didn't care for the jewellery manufacture process and hadn't learnt anything of which to relay to students and the instructor was a little persistent to sell silver and distract from lesson. I was thoroughly dissatisfied that I left midway throughout the class. To have a tutor both not understand or care about what a customer asks for even when communicated before the class, whilst showing the supervisor that there is glass cases completely full of intricate jewellery with possibly hundreds of set stones, means that either a) those pieces are made elsewhere or; b) the staff are totally untrained or don't care. Either way, a management problem, that I'm sure no doubt the translator who tried her best out of the 3 will most likely get the most blame as she's the youngest. I would not recommend this business to anyone other than those who are absolute beginners in jewellery production. Their tools are primitive, staff untrained, processes primitive and lack of any attention to customer focus or detail. I also believe the silver is quite overpriced and with supervisor claiming "Oh yeah, you definitely need way more silver" in a very small pendant, please don't lie to me, a wedding ring takes an average 3 grams, pendant pretty much the same. Business should accept amateur students only, as business is amateur and so is the training. To be polite.
- I cannot emphasize how much o loved this experience. I read the other reviews on Airbnb and I was not let down. I got to participate every step of the way making my flower ring-- sawing, carving, sanding, etc. Essentially I did a little less than half, maybe: Camon (my professional instructor) would do half, I would do half, and then he would review and refine my work. The final product isn't perfect, but that's exactly what makes it so special. The whole staff-- Rani, Ari, Kadek... really went out of their way to make sure I was happy, going above and beyond. I was about ten minutes late for pick up with no word (I'd been in the ocean) and (since I was the only student that day) Rani was extremely patient and everyone was okay starting a bit late. I will 110% go back!
