Lorena, Krystel, and I run Aura Cocina Mexicana (@auramexcooking), a family business where we’ve hosted international culinary enthusiasts and former chefs since 2009. We’ve also received the Traveler and Hospitality Award and the Global Quality Award. I’m a Mexican chef who also studied as a sommelier, and am passionate about Mexican history, art, and gastronomy. I host a weekly TV cooking show and am the Brand Ambassador for a global kitchen company. After several years in the hospitality industry, Lorena now teaches cooking, as well as Krystel who managed a bakery business. We get inspired by the beauty of Mexico, its history, traditions, people, markets, ingredients, aromas, colors, and flavors. We’d love to welcome you to our cooking studio at Colonia Roma and create a unique experience filled with #momentosaura. Mi Casa es tu Casa
