During our 1.5-hour fitness class (1 hr on water) have an invigorating ride with time to reflect, and get away from the hustle & bustle of San Francisco busy street and attractions by getting out on the water! We will ride custom made Water Bikes! NOTE: To keep our classes affordable we have a minimum group size of 2 (two) riders. If you want to go solo please purchase two spots! Yes, that’s right bikes that float! The bikes are super safe, fast and you will stay warm and dry during your 60 minute scenic waterbased workout/ride. First, we will get you familiar with our unique waterbikes, how they work, then will do a quick stretch before we start our ride. Early classes are great because the air is still and the water almost always calm & flat We will show you some quick safety tips, then get out onto the water to enjoy the calm & splendor of the morning around San Francisco’s famous waterfront. Setting out from South Beach Harbor at Pier 40 /Gate 4 we will ride out to see the San Francisco Skyline & the San Franciso Bay Bridge, I’ll take some awesome pics and video of you to share with your fam or followers. We will be moving at brisk pace of 3 to 6 mph, the top speed is determined on the conditions, currents & your group’s fitness level. Lastly, we will end our class with a cool down, exchange pics and contact info giving you plenty of time to enjoy other activities

Coming from an adventurous and worldly military family of naval captains, airforce sargents, commercial fisherman, award-winning racing yachtsman, supportive nurses, and army medics. Damien is a certified personal trainer, spin instructor, flexologist, swimmer, watchful lifeguard, brave boy-scout, creative photographer and inventive entrepreneur, Damien is motivated to make Waterbiking a full time profession! Details are important; studying water patterns, planning ahead, and choosing the best equipment has allowed him to safely and passionately lead over 1000 waterbike tours and classes over the past 3 years.
