Today, living in Annecy, the « Little Venise of the Alpes », 30 minutes away from Geneva, I find inspiration in the regional and local products the region has to offer, in order to create an inventive and generous French cuisine. This is why I propose you a day of "cooking and sharing" : a typical French culinary experience. 9 :00 am Visit of the local market ( tuesday and friday) in the Old town of Annecy in the heart of the historical district. We will meet the local producers of cheese, fruits and veggies. We will stop in local shops and buy all the necessary ingredients to elaborate the recipes for our meal. 10:30 am Together we will cut, slice, boil, simmer and cook an enjoyable French seasonal lunch. 13:00 pm A table ! Let's eat together at a beautifully dressed table with silverware, crystal, and « Limoges » dishes. A glass of AOC ( origin controlled appellation ) regional wine will be served if you wish. Leaving with the recipes you made, and with great memories of our day, get ready to impress your friends and family back home. Let's get in touch !
Once Upon a Pan... A story about cooking—a story about sharing a good time ! From the huge family tables where I enjoyed the scrumptious dishes of my maternal grandmother, native of Normandy, on one side, and my Irish paternal grandmother on the other side, to my delicatessen shop in Savannah Georgia (USA), cooking has always been part of my life. Cooking has been flowing in my veins and is my true passion. I have gained these skills through my various international experiences alongside my desire to meet people. As a mom of 3 kids, cooking is still an everyday pleasure !

The old town market ( on tuesdays and fridays) is the oldest and the most typical one in Annecy. It takes place in the medieval streets along the Thiou river. You will be able to see nice old medieval buildings : Palais de L'Ile, Pont Morens, and Saint Claire 's gate It's an easy way to discover "the little Venise of the Alps" in less than 30 minutes. On our way home, enjoy the lakeside scenery !
