Explore one of the largest parks in Berlin with beautiful nature and mesmerizing history. The run will be a nice mix of exercise, nature and history. In the park we will see some WWII relics and literally run up one of the biggest bunkers built by the Nazi Regime. Depending on your stamina, we will run between 5-15km/3-10miles. You can send me a message in the chat. Our "disciplines" will be trails, stairs, pushups, chinups and a variety of other super quick in between exercises. Feel free to add your favorite to the routine, there is plenty of outdoor gym equipment around.
Hello and welcome to my daily morning routine! Join me running in one of the most beautiful parks of Berlin. While you work out your muscles, I´ll also feed you some WWII history: we will run up the hills of two massive bunkers built by the Nazis and you will learn about the life during the air raids in Berlin. I'm not a veteran of many ultra-distance races or a winner of legendary 80km trail runs, but I am a hopelessly addicted runner. I run every day and invite you to my routine kicking off the day with a few miles on the magical trails of Volkspark of Friedrichshain!
We will meet up in Volkspark Friedrichshain, which is located right between Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg in walking distance to the city center at Alexanderplatz. The park is one of the great 5 parks of Berlin and has a lot of hidden history which I am happy to tell you more about if you are interested.

Please be on time + have a look how to get to the location beforehand. It's not hard to find but sometimes getting from a to b in the morning is tricky. Fitness: Be fit enough to run one hour (ca 8km)
