Regional cooking school considering Switzerland, Italy and France. You will cook together, in a fun and informal manner taking knowledge of local produce and processes. Wine will be matched with the menu and will be involved in the the overall experience also. You will leave will great local food knowledge, a full belly and hopefully in a straight line. Book, cook, learn and remember.

Everything will be taken care from our side, you only need to arrive and enjoy the experience.
