Experience the magic of hike & meditation in the forest!
This experience is all about removing yourself from daily stress & anxiety and cultivating a calm state of mind & a deeper sense of presence. It's all about your well-being.
DUE TO COVID-19:
- Make sure to follow social distancing guidelines
- Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc)
- Please use the restroom before our session because most public restroom are CLOSED
Whether it's your very first meditation session, or you are an experienced meditator, this meditation session is for you.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Part 1: Mindful Hike
We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest, one of San Francisco's best-kept secret locations!
Part 2: Guided Meditation
Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.
Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.

- This was such a special and memorable activity I was able to share with my fiancé. CJ was such an exceptional host and made each of us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience. Beautiful hike through the woods and a serene mediation spot, would definitely book again.
- My wife, son and I spent a wonderful morning with CJ practicing a walking meditation and a sitting meditation in the beautiful Presidio park. CJ worked hard to treat everyone in the group equally; CJ engaged every single person, almost continuously, during the introductions and the meditation sessions for the forest... it is hard to ignore the forest being the star of the show — but, my, what a show ...
- CJ was a great host and the hike and meditation experience was just the perfect gift I was looking for the fiancée on Valentine’s Day. CJ hosted the experience well, made everyone comfortable and also had a gift for everyone in the end. Meditation itself was a great experience to disconnect from everyday hustle bustle. Highly recommended!
- This was absolutely amazing. I'm recommending this experience to all my friends and family. CJ is an amazing guide and he has a lot of tips and insight for the nature tour/meditation. CJ is not only a kind soul that made me and my boyfriend feel like we were his dearest friends, but he has an amazing sense of humor. He made me and my boyfriend's day trip extremely memorable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering this
- Highly recommend the hiking and meditation session with CJ to kick off your day. He is very personable and pleasing to talk to. The experience starts with a mild hike into the wilderness where we then sat to meditate for about 30-45 minutes. I am not an experienced meditator but I still managed to feel completely at peace at end of the session. CJ promotes the idea of stillness which is very important and we often forget it. I loved the meditation and the sound of birds in the presidio forest. Worth it!
