Experience the magic of hike & meditation in the forest!

This experience is all about removing yourself from daily stress & anxiety and living in the present moment. It's all about your well-being.

Whether it's your very first meditation session, or you are an experienced meditator, this meditation session is for you.

We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest, one of San Francisco's best-kept secret locations!

Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.

Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.

It's a very special experience and I can't wait to share it with you.

Hey, my name is CJ and I'm a mindfulness meditation teacher and tour guide in San Francisco.

I am a Zen Buddhist practitioner who meditates at least 2 hours every day and believes in the value of always living in the present moment.

Nowadays, people tend to have more stress, anxiety, depression, and other negative emotions. I believe mindfulness can help people live a better life both mentally and physically.

For me, mindfulness isn't just something you practice during a 10-minute morning meditation session. We can integrate it into everyday life.

    CJs Airbnb Experience is a genuinely warm and good natured experience, and definitely worth trying for beginners or advanced meditation practitioners. He is a tender and kind guide in instruction, and has a vast history of experience in the practice. The Presidio Forest canopy was the perfect outdoor sitting location. All around...Magical!

    This experience was very well put together and Covid safe! If you’re bored at the house I definitely recommend getting out into presidio forest with this group!

    This was an amazing adventure to do in SF. Cj is amazing and knows what he is talking about. He took us to this amazing place to mediate and it was overwhelming beautiful. Definitely recommend doing this if your in the SF area for mindfulness. It makes you feel alive and ready to conquer the world after!

    I enjoyed this cozy, affordable, and accessible space. Charming, sunny home and accommodating room! The bed was extremely comfortable but I found the pillows a little too stiff. Personal preference! The area and neighborhood were beautiful and accessible to major highways, downtown SF, and other areas of the Bay Area. I didn’t struggle to find parking that much and definitely upped my parallel parking game! This is a prime space for a solo traveler or low maintenance couple who need an inexpensive place to stay in a prime location. The walls were a bit thin which was disruptive at times. I would recommend shower shoes for optimal comfort- overall upkeep in the bathroom would be my biggest note but it wasn’t too bad once I addressed the host (who was all round very responsive). I was very happy with my four night stay.

    CJ has a lot of positive energy! Responds quickly. Reminded us of safe distancing etc. great hour of a hike and meditation. Would do again.
