We are very happy to welcome our guests again from June 8 onwards. Of course we take everyone's health and the Covid-19 measures into account. One of the most important is keeping a distance of 1.5 meters (except if sharing a household) and therefore you can currently only book for a private group of up to 6 people.

ABOUT THE FOOD TOUR:
Get to know Amsterdam and the Dutch by tasting typical Dutch delicacies and listening to the fascinating stories behind them at 7 fantastic (inside) food stops. Not the tourist places but where we go ourselves to enjoy the best and tastiest that the Jordaan neighbourhood has to offer.
In between tastings we show you the beloved and famous 17th century Jordaan with its typical Amsterdam canals and houses away from the bustle of the city center and the tourist traps. We will tell you about the history and culture of Amsterdam in a fun and interactive way that will help you understand the city and the D

The tastings take place at 7 unique locations in the famous Jordaan neighbourhood: two Dutch pubs ('brown pubs'), a bakery, a restaurant, a butcher, a fish shop, and a Surinamese takeaway. The end point is close to the starting point and both are easy to reach. The Anne Frank House is just a stone's throw away and Central Station or Dam Square are within a 15-minute walk.

- Rudolph war einfach eine klasse Persönlichkeit und hat seine Erfahrungen mit einspielen lassen. Im Zusammenspiel mit seinen Geschichtskenntnissen und seinem allgemeinen Wissen rundete er die Tour zu einem klasse Nachmittag ab. Das Essen war gut und breit gefächert aufgestellt. Wenn man irgendetwas nicht mochte, versuchte er immer eine Alternative zu finden. Daumen hoch 👍
- The food tour of all food tours! We had a unique group, where we all had interesting and coincidental connects to our hometowns! It was made even better by Rudolph and his incredible sense of humor, knowledge of Amsterdam and the food scene there. To top it off, everything we tried was delicious! There was something for everyone - a cheese tasting, apple pie, Surinamese food, fresh herring (a Dutch delicacy), bitterballen, Dutch gin... the list goes on! It was not only a great value, but a fabulous way to see the Jordaan neighborhood, learn about the historic canals, and try authentic Dutch cuisine. Rudolph was also very accommodating of our group, including my dietary preferences as a vegetarian.
