Hello everybody! We invite you into our home for an authentic handmade pasta experience where we will be making our lunch from scratch with only the best hand picked ingredients. Welcome to Montesacro, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Roma, known to be full of parks and monasteries. It is considered one of the safest places in the city and luckily still unknown for mass tourism. First we go to the Farmer's Market where we will choose the ingredients for our lunch. Then we'll go to "Caseificio" to select the cheeses that will be used. The final stop before starting the class, will be at the "Sacred Spring" of Montesacro where the water comes out both flat and effervescent! And it wouldn't be an Italian experience without eating and drinking a good bottle of wine amongst friends with good italian music. We prefer doing small groups of 4 because we believe in giving more intimate and concentrated experience. We speak 4 languages + roman dialect :) Benvenuti!

On our way to my house we will stop off at the Farmer's market to pick the best ingredients, then we stop at "Il Caseificio" to have some great cheese, then make a stop at one of the best kept Secret's the "Fonte dell'Acqua Sacra" a famous Papal well.
