Hi ! Everyone, I am a local Hong Kong chef. Founder of Felizyau Dot Com, top 5 Classes and Workshop in Tripadvisor (Feliz Yau Cooking Class Experience).
Cooking has been one of my biggest interests since I was a kid as my Mom taught me how to make different types of Chinese dishes. Especially traditional dumplings in which it was our regular custom that gathers all the family together to prepare, wrap and cook.
This workshop was broadcasted in Russia TV (Moya Planet) and featured in West Australian newspaper in Perth.

We all meet up at Shau Kei Wan metro station Customer Service Center and head to the food market and then head to our kitchen to prepare and cook

- We had a great time cooking with Felicity! She was knowledgeable about the food and it was great to learn how to make dumplings from someone who has been doing it their whole lives - we will definitely take what we learnt back home and make these for family and friends. Thank you for a great experience!
- The experience was nice! The walk in the market was interesting, but very quick. The dumplings preparation was really interesting: I was the only one during this class so I had the chance to practice a lot and to try to make the wrapper from scratch for a couple of dumplings. The conclusion was not so great: as the next class attendees were arrived early (30 minutes), Kitty (Felicity’s sister who took the class today) left me alone eating my dumplings to reach them. Recommend but can be improved.
