We'll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We'll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in an 18th century Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook. The experience last about 3 hours.
I love food and I cook with passion and respect. Cooking isn't difficult, you just have to do it with joy. The fondest memories of my childhood are linked to food. Still today, I remember the penne with tomato that I used to eat at Nursery School, the onions from my aunt Rosina's vegetable patch which we used to eat with vinaigrette, my mum's crostini with patè, picnics with the whole family and the milk and biscuits which my father used to prepare for me every morning. I've always enjoyed learning anything, but cooking particularly interested me so what else could I do? Cook!
