We will cook traditional tuscany dishes in an ancient kitchen, originally of the medieval age, including homemade pasta, peposo (a traditional stew), tiramisu'. During this experience you will taste our Chianti Classico Wine and you will visit our familiar farm including the cellar. To prepare the four-course meal we will use only locally seasonal products and at the end you will enjoy your meal in the garden surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with calm, peace and a stunning view of chianti landscape. We will visit our familiar farm specialed in producing Chianti Classico Wine, extra vergine olive oil, and more over such as Vinsanto ("holy"dessert wine) vinegar and jam. We will cook in our ancient house originally of m age. You will eat in the garden enjoying the landscape (if good weather)
