This experience is a combination of fun trivia games and a virtual visit to Tokyo with pre-recorded high-quality videos. As a food lover, you will be visiting Japan's biggest fish market, a kitchen town, a professional kitchen, and more!
You will be welcomed as a newly hired chef in Tokyo , and it is your first day at work. You are meeting Kaz, the master chef who has been in the food industry for 20+ years. You will be tagging along with him as part of culinary training while he challenges you as a chef.

Giulia and I are certified sake sommeliers and we run a sake-themed restaurant based in Tokyo. I am a culinary-trained sushi chef, and I also founded a food tour company, Ninja Food Tours in Japan that has been featured by CNN and many media. I grew up in a family that runs a traditional Japanese sweets factory, so food is not something I cannot run away from.

- Nice activity with Yumi. He was clearly well prepared with a video storyline to complement the quiz we had. It was really interactive, more than a usual trivia quiz, which we enjoyed as a group. We had some good laughs all together. This is a good choice of activity to learn about Japan's gastronomy
