Very nice experience! Mae did a bit of storytelling about the recipe, she also had 2 cameras so that we could see her and the preparation process. As we couldn’t find all the necessary ingredients, she suggested an alternative on spot. Very nice experience, I would totally recommend it to those who want to learn about Thai cooking culture and cook something new and unusual, yet simple.

It was such a fun experience. I really enjoyed the experience. She taught me how to make my favorite Thai dish. I will absolutely sign up for another experience with Mae!

Mae did a wonderful job of introducing my wife and I to the Thai culture of Som Tom. We love it and appreciate her sharing the methods to make it authentic and oh so tasty. Great date night.

This was a great class , well paced and really good fun I can’t wait to cook again when Mae she is an excellent host who makes sure that everyone keeps up and knows what they are doing and really cares about making sure your food turns out to be delicious I cannot recommend this class enough

Mae’s class was so great! I surprised my husband and a few of our friends for his birthday. We all loved it! My daughter especially liked seeing Mae’s garden and meeting her mother. We can’t wait to do more classes with Mae (hopefully in person someday). Definitely sign-up for one of her classes. You are guaranteed a delicious meal and a fun hour!

Very well structured and organized class. I am not a very experienced cook and therefore sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed in some cooking classes with many recipes to learn in time. Mae's class was not one of them; it is rather slow-paced with enough time assigned to learn about each ingredient, substitute options, cooking tips, and the way Northern Thai people enjoy the dish. With the background of Mae's lush garden, the class felt like a nice afternoon breeze. You are in for a treat.
