The cooking class and wine tasting will start touring our wineyard that overlooks the sea and admiring the gardens where we grow seasonal organic vegetables. After that, we’ll start the wine tasting where I’ll let our guests taste some of our best local wines and explain them their specific characteristics. Then we’ll start the cooking class where we will be able to prepare fresh pasta from scratch ( tagliatelle, ravioli or gnocchi). Each guest will have his own place on the table with all ingredients ( flour, eggs,water etc.), a rolling pin and a chopping board so to make his own pasta. I’ll personally supervise all the pasta making process and help each guest realize the dough. We will then be ready to prepare the pasta sauce ( ragù, carbonara, clams or tomatoe) with fresh ingredients and to eat the first dish. At this point a wide range of appetizers will be served ( mozzarella, ricotta, salami, local cheese and vegetables of the season). The meal will end with a delicious Dessert along with homemade limoncello!
Hi! We are Mariacristina & Pierluigi, we are mother and son. I’m 34 years old, my mom is 58 and she’s been cooking since she was a teenager. Preparing food is our greatest passion! I love assisting my mother in the kitchen, I’ve been doing this since I was a kid, learning her fresh pasta making “secrets”. My mom has been cooking for her entire life for family and friends, following her grandma recipes. She has also been giving cooking lessons for the guests we host in our villa for nearly 7 years. She also loves attending cooking courses and keeping herself updated. Join us, we’ll have fun!
All the utensils needed for the cooking class ( aprons, chopping boards, rolling pin etc.) will be provided by us. . Snacks…

The location where the wine tasting and cooking class will be held is an authentic country side villa with terraces overlooking the sea called "Monticelli Mansion" where our guests will have the possibility to taste different wines, learn fresh pasta making from scratch and enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner. The cooking class could both happen in or outdoor. The venue is half way between Sorrento and Pompeii and close to Amalfi coas
