We will get to taste a bit of the mezcal culture with a flight of 5 different agave shots of our mezcal (40% and 48% alc. vol.) season selection: Espadín Orgánico, Espadín Pechuga, Espadín Gusano, Espadín Reposado, Cuixhe, Tobalá, Tepeztate, among others.
We will talk about the mezcal culture. The differences between mezcal and tequila. The 3 different processes and their differences (industrial, artisanal and ancestral). And learned how to taste and perceive mezcal flavors with a technical guide, so you can taste and expand your paladar by your own from now on.
Other things to note
Excellent activity for solo travelers, couples or group of friends. Perfect to meet new people before going out dancing/bar hoping Tijuana.

Every year, we go on a treasure hunt South Mexico, exploring the pueblos to find the best mezcal spirits and taste. We focus on variety and pureness of traditional mezcal.
We make this experience to honor the work of the maestros mezcaleros and their communities. We also do this to share it with others, this ancestral cult to Mayahuel (the Agave Godess), honoring our ancestors and the liquid spirits of the agave plants.

We will be experiencing this spirit tasting in a Xhaman-Ha restaurant, located just by the boardwalk of the beach of Playas de Tijuana. They have great menu of firewooden pizzas and local craft beer. You can stay after the experience and enjoy the place after.
