You will be joining us for the next in our popular Supper Club series. On this evening we will be focussing on vegan and plant-based food, with three delicious courses all created by chef Anne Anderson. We won't just talk the talk - we make our own ingredients including seitan, tofu, smoked mushrooms, kimchi, sauerkraut. You'll meet like-minded guests in the comfort of our fire-lit, award-winning restaurant in historic Fortrose. A night not to be missed!
Hailing from the States, Jim and Anne Anderson moved to the Black Isle in 2003 and immediately began making waves on the local food scene. Innovators and pioneers, between they have garnered numerous awards including the Scottish Chefs Award for Gastro Pub of the Year, CIS Excellence Awards and CAMRA Pub of the Year. The co-owners of The Anderson are passionate about growing seasonal produce in their kitchen garden, home-smoking (almost anything goes!) and always experimenting with delicious and wholesome food.
