1- We would start the day off with herbal tea roots/herbs to boost our immune system with powerful antioxidants and a plant based meal, solid fuel to push through the first half of the day. Super foods, fruit, organic herbs, alkaline water and more. 2- Morning meditation 15 to 30mins 3- Yoga & Weight lifting session at my home fitness center (1-3 in any order) 4-Hit the track for some cardio 5- 1-2hr pro skills basketball session with training session consisting of a dynamic warm up, ball handling, passing, and shooting. I have free access to multiple gyms around the DMV. 6- Stretching session & Pool workout (Optional) 7- Plant based protein rich post workout meal for optimal recovery 8- Cool down: A moment of thankfulness and reflecting on getting 1% better today. Guest will be gifted with herbal teas that rid the body of inflammation.
I received my first opportunity to play basketball professionally in Europe back in 2015- specifically Spain. Since then I’ve had the pleasure to grow as a business owner and athlete. Over the years traveling to different countries I have uniquely blended herbalism, yoga, breathing techniques, a plant based diet and other mindfulness practices. This formula has kept me youthful, elastic, and light on my feet. As a plant based athlete I plan for longevity and work efficiently. ‘Defeat The Day’ is a living word and working mantra I created aimed to help other people feel good getting through their problems 1 day at a time. Money for public transportation
Some activities we will do may be out of order. Sometimes we may do skills work before weights (vice versa). Sometimes we may meditate between sessions to mentally prepare to be present. I’ll provide food, water, and snacks.
